Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our HR department. You will work closely with the HR team to provide administrative support, facilitate HR processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture and policies.
3. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
4. Benefits and Compensation:
- Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and queries from employees.
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking performance documentation.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR software.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
