We are hiring Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our staffing solutions to meet the staffing needs of IT companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Job Duties
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
 
  • Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry across various domains (Software Development, IT Consulting, IT Support, etc.).
  • Generate leads through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our services and solution offerings.
Client Meetings & Relationship Building:
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present company services, capabilities, and staffing solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Business Development & Sales Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Create and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals while maintaining strong margins and meeting sales targets.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s  degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the staffing, IT, or recruitment industry.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with the Indian IT market and staffing trends is a plus.

Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
